Gridiron Developmental Football League - Semi Pro Football Teams In North Carolina

The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is a mid-level minor professional football league based in Memphis, Tennessee.

The league was founded in 2009 and formed in 2010, with Charles Thompson as the founder and first president.

As of July 2017, the league has 24 teams located primarily in the Southeastern United States and Midwestern United States.
