Milford Hospital is a not-for-profit acute-care general medical and surgical community hospital located in Milford, Connecticut.

Milford Hospital has 41 beds, and offers inpatient and outpatient services and has specialties in emergency and walk-in services, joint replacement surgery, outpatient surgery, health education and home care services, and Connecticut Joint Center which specializes in hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery. Milford Hospital is recognized by Blue Cross & Blue Shield as a Blue Distinction Center for expertise in delivering specialty care, and also houses an Advanced Wound Care Center an outpatient service that focuses on chronic and non-healing wounds which offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and also has an Walk In Urgent Care Center less than two miles from the main hospital campus.

After 90 years of childbirth care at Milford Hospital with permission from the State Department of Public Health, obstetrical services were ceased along with the closure of the Family Childbirth Center. Maternity cases at Milford Hospital declined by 75 percent from 2010 to 2014, along with continued economic and regulatory challenges. The hospital is keeping its gynecological services.

In 2014 Yale New Haven Hospital formed a partnership with Milford Hospital and agreed to close and renovate a unit and move one major department inside the hospital to operate a 24-bed inpatient Rehabilitation and Wellness Center and rehabilitation gym to Milford Hospital closing Bridgeport Hospital and Saint Raphael Hospital rehabilitation centers and moving their services to the new rehabilitation center located inside Milford Hospital

The new unit opened in July 2015 and will treat patients who need extra time or services to recover from surgery and other procedures. The intent of this innovative collaboration is to enhance access to care in a way that benefits both organizations while preserving the independence of Milford Hospital. The Rehabilitation unit would increase traffic at the hospital, and provide a new source of revenue as the YNHH Rehabilitation Unit will be using many of the hospital's services, including laboratory facilities and pharmacy services. The mutual decision is not a merge nor an acquisition.

The main entrance is at 300 Seaside Avenue, Milford, Connecticut.
