Newton College is a Peruvian British co-educational private school in Lima, Peru. It was founded in 1979 by Mr. Stanley J. Moulden, its first provost, with the purpose of offering a modern, humanistic, technological education combining academic excellence, sound character formation, and a sense of service to the community. It was to be British in outlook but with an international philosophy. It is a bilingual school, teaching English and Spanish, though most of its classes are taught in English. The study of French language is compulsory from 6th Grade to Form I, becoming optional from Form II onwards.

Its curriculum is based on the major programmes of PYP (Primary Years Programme), IYP (Intermmediate Years Programme), MYP (Middle Years Program), and IB International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, which starts in Form V, and it is completed in Form VI, thus postponing university entrance by a year. Newton College was the first school in Peru to deliver the IB curriculum.

Newton College is situated in an 11 hectare campus next to a lake in the La Molina district. It has first class facilities including: a large theatre, a modern sports centre, various sports fields, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, a refectory, modern computer suites and science laboratories.

In addition, the school has its own Study Centre "Sachavacayoc" situated in Tambopata, Madre de Dios, where students go on field trips and take classes in Geography and Biology.

It has been awarded "Empresa Peruana del Año" (Peruvian Enterprise of the Year) in the School Category more than once. In 2006, the British Guardian newspaper listed it as "one of the leading British-style, bilingual, international schools in Peru."

The school has about 1580 students, 80% of which are Peruvian.
